CURTURA CORPORATIVA


Puestos a innovar, y siguiendo los cánones “copiar es más rentable”, creo que acabo de crear la escritura rústica. “Opa yo viaze un corrá”, felicito a su autor, un verdadero antropólogo, conocedor de la esencia de muchos males, en todos los ámbitos de nuestra sociedad.

“Pa qué leer, ezo no cirve pa ná” La literatura rústica, parece ser que tiene mucho futuro en estos tiempos, lo rústico está de moda. Un simple albañil ( un artista en potencia), ha sabido llegar a miles de ciudadanos, que quisiéramos hacer un corral. Construir un gran aprisco donde convivieran, una temporada, señores doctos de las diversas materias.
¡Dale con el ronroneo! Que si cultura por allí, que si cultura por allá, y muchos nos preguntamos: ¿De qué CULTURA, nos hablan? Ya conocemos la cultura “de la especulación”, basada en ganar mucho dinero, especulando a trocho y mocho. También empezamos a escuchar la “cultura preventiva” por su inexistencia.

Un buen amigo, Francisco Zamora, director de la revista “El Graduado” del Colegio de Graduados Sociales de Madrid, me aconsejó un día la lectura de un pequeño libro, que contiene un gran mensaje. Dicho libro es “Juan Salvador Gaviota” de Richard Bach. Es un extraordinario relato, de lectura fácil, que recomiendo a todos, pero especialmente a los señores doctos, los que nos imparten charlas, conferencias, cargadas de conocimientos estandarizados.

Las gaviotas que vuelan alto, que albergan conocimiento en sus alas, deberían ser valientes y con un lenguaje transparente, esparcir, desde las alturas de la dirección de la empresa que dirigen, la CULTURA CORPORATIVA de la excelencia empresarial. Lamentablemente, la cultura no se compra, se adquiere poco a poco. Los equipos directivos, desde mi punto de vista, deben dejar de “RONRONEAR”, y poner en marcha todo tipo de medidas tangibles, entendibles por todos los trabajadores, incluidos los miembros de su equipo, que generen ACCIÓN TRANSFORMADORA.

¿Para qué queremos profesionales con grandes aptitudes, si carecen de una actitud proactiva?  Una actitud comprometida con la mejora del rendimiento organizacional, optimizando el capital humano. Predicar con el ejemplo, generando compromiso en los equipos de trabajo; que perciben, como cualquier gaviota común, la coherencia entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace. Caer “en picado” transmitiendo a todos los miembros de la empresa, la seguridad del profesional que da el cien por cien de su calidad profesional.
Somos muchos, los que nos identificamos con la escritura rústica, que aún con faltas de ortografía, tiene la INTENCIONALIDAD, de transmitir conocimiento pragmático, que redunde en un cambio de actitudes de aquellos que se pasan jornadas laborales con el “ronroneo” de que lo que nos falta es CULTURA DE....

The book is "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" by Richard Bach. Unfortunately, culture is not bought, it gradually acquires. The management teams, from my point of view, should stop "Purr", and implement all measures tangible, understandable by all workers, including members of his team, which generate transformative action.

Why do we want professionals with great abilities, if they lack a proactive? An attitude committed to improving organizational performance, optimizing human capital. Leading by example, creating engagement in work teams perceived as any common gull, consistency between what is said and what is done. Fall "sharply" transmitted to all members of the company, professional security gives one hundred percent of their professional quality.
We are many, which we identify with writing paperback still misspelled, has intentionality, to convey pragmatic knowledge, which results in a change in the attitudes of those who spend days working with the "purr" that it we lack is CULTURE ....
