                                                   HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS

This phrase conveys how much anxiety! The triumph of the Spanish football team to the Dutch, has helped us to hear and read in many media this slogan as competitive.

The expression - craving, craving alive! - With which our great comedians (Cross and Ray) made us laugh, has a lot to do with hunger we all feel in this society of insatiable desires.

Elaborating on the success of the Spanish team, we can make a number of observations that help us to analyze the factors that made possible the magnificent result. So, we might ask our players are hungry, or desire to achieve your goal?, Team spirit is there in this selection?, Do they work with an organizational culture dominated cooperation, trust and teamwork?

I, like the rest of the fans, I was delighted to perceive a great change in the planning and creation of what we call a GREAT TEAM. You would enjoy, like me, of the concentration of each player on the team plays that developed, is entusiasmarían performance optimization with the goal increased.

I titled this article "Hungry for victory", because I think it is a phrase that identifies, or reflect the essence of transformational change that has made the coach and the technical team, which rightly pushed for professionalism and planned work, where culture of teamwork prevails (and by far) the culture of individualism and competition among peers.

We all know that in this country there are very good professionals, at all levels and in all activities. And what about in sport, how improve our corporate image, competitive country! It is wrong to value and appreciate everything that comes from outside and neglect and marginalize what we have around, and so is, selecting workers for the image or the name (which are often images of the past).

The technical team and coach have applied techniques work organization and strategic management of human resources own XXI century, where the culture of organizational excellence increases productivity. It is not about working hard, but working in an organized, where professional performance improvement is consistent with the quality of work life.

The SMART SUCCESS, craves not eaten anything or anyone, does not pursue professional goals competing unfairly with peers; smart success is the result of working with the mentality to win, win, where we can all benefit from teamwork.

Experts in marketing and advertising, they know very well our weaknesses; know that emotions can betray us, weaken us happy with anxiety that generates a hunger to win, we fail to satisfy. The win, in my view, can not eat, can not be bought, is achieved by working with values of integrity, honesty, transparency, respect, etc..
