BALONES FUERA

                                                               BALLS OUT

You have to score goals, winning games be competitive the market imposes. The margin is small, as well as the goal of a football field, or enters the ball and win, or cast out, and we lose.

The first question to ask is what do we play? We played basketball, handball, football ... We know how important is to win and we must develop a strategy, an action plan, designed to fit us few goals, and rate us on our corporate box.
There will always be a referee who blame our poor performance, our loss of profitability. The party started in our daily work activity with constructive engagement on the results, will end with a positive result. Although we live difficult moments, commitment to ourselves, to improve our professional performance, optimize, inevitably, the marker of our company.

Who is responsible for the ball from the back of the net? When we talk about responsibilities, is when more balls cast out, no one is responsible while the ball to another teammate, is the professional that is, the question is quickly passing up (usually), but also down. How quiet it feels to pass the ball!

The fans (customers) for quality, not content to win the game, you want to have fun, pay to enjoy a competitive game that is transparent and beneficial to the community.

The good thing about football teams, is held accountable, when the results are negative. All are nervous, worry, but know that the coach has the most flying balls (out of bounds) usually receives.

Logically, responsible for creating a working team, with a motivation toward achievable goals, and committed to results, is the coach.

Those teams (working) being composed of many "talented", they charge according to their responsibilities and do not perform well, they should be honest with themselves and with others, and propose a clear voice and high CHANGES.

We hear the word change and begin to see balls flying everywhere: up, down, in locker rooms, in coffee ... We have specialized in casting "balls out" when the real change is in our inner attitude regarding the meaning of work, job responsibilities and our commitment to our teammates, we represent the shirt and the fans.
