                                                               THE WELL

I like reading books on anthropology and really catches my attention, the description of the various tribes that exist today.

Within urban tribes, of which we are members of one of them, we will analyze and bring to light, one of the most harmful to our society.

It is, from my point of view, the most dangerous for our economy, weakening our competitiveness, diminishing entrepreneurial culture.

We must be concerned, the large number of affluent that exists in our province, and the long list of candidates who do not stop to sign her.

Can we compete successfully in the future with this social evil? Who is responsible for creating a culture of passivity?

Lately frequently hear the word "entrepreneurs." The tribe of entrepreneurs, wants to face the future with enthusiasm, creativity, proactivity, bringing all their energy into their work and business projects, with the intention of improving the quality of life of the entire society.

Where is the well? This tribe, like all tribes, their members share a language, a culture and a common behavior. It's hard to tell, go unnoticed on the street, in the business, in social events. Since children have been indoctrinated to succeed without "giving a stick to water." We must not confuse them with the pitch, quick success, are subtle, friendly, sympathetic, are where they should be, when they should be, not to work.

This tribe, threatening competitiveness for the future of our common welfare, has its weakness, are very afraid of losing their "standstill", panic to get them out of their "comfort zone" of their "victory passive ".

In the business world, both in small and in large companies, in public or in private are all accommodated.

Companies must develop systems to detect those executives, middle managers and workers belonging to that tribe, to awaken in them an entrepreneurial spirit within the company and will among all the largest tribe of entrepreneurs.
