                                                       THE LIAO (Character toxic 1)

Did you know? Go out there, very concerned about the immediacy, the urgency, the here and now. Haste is their hallmark, typical of modern society, compulsive behavior, running, running, at every moment, toward a goal that seems never achieve.
And I ask the "liao" - How do you organize your time, your work? - But the "liao" in a hurry, can not stop replying, has not even realize what I want you to answer me. - I have no time for anything - I answer, I go ass - insists -.
We live in the culture of the image, which apparently comes before being, giving the image is very cost effective, especially for a professional CORK, always floating through many storms that occur.
The professional "cork" is the obverse of the coin: on one side is the "Liao", and in the other the "floating". With the story, and the staging of walking busy and immersed in major projects and plan to resolve issues important to the company, does not stick to the water, and floats and floats in the sea of her wealthy chicha working life.
When one walks "liao", from my point of view, is poorly organized: in the personal and the professional. We have many courses of effective time management, where we heard anecdotal phrases and with some humor: "Time is money, do not waste it, or lose it, you have to invest." Really, where we should invest it in our quality of work life, in order to improve and optimize our performance and thereby our company.
Since we have spoken of cork, not a bad idea, practice a few days fishing on the banks of one of our magnificent beaches. Staring, but with a relaxed attitude, as the cork floats, sit for a few seconds that state of concentration, much needed for any activity effectively.
Walking "busy" is not profitable for anyone, the professional endangers their physical and psychological quality of working life lost, while greatly decreasing their job performance, at the expense of the productivity of the company where he works. Fortunately, there are tools of business management and organizational performance improvement, and innovative methods that help these professionals DESLIARSE emotionally concentrándoles how important your career strategy, leaving out many urgent matters however, will not guarantee the successful implementation of the strategic plan of the organization.
A few years ago, I saw some images in "South Channel" which caught my attention. A group of executives from a large German company, ran behind some sheep, trying to direct them and put them in a sheepfold. The beautiful and distinctive landscape Alpujara, was the setting for this game so fun. We think - what a waste of time!
Those who have really embraced the concept "transforming action", we know the great benefits it brings to business and technology professionals "DESLIAR Hank".
