WHERE TO SEND SAILOR, SEND PATTERN

I do not intend to contradict the saying, but I want to delve into the essence of command, in highlighting who really rules. Mandar, as we know, we sent all at different times, in different circumstances, we are inclined to order, direct, require ...

Can a simple sailor, send in someone or something? We can ensure itself. A sailor can and should rule over himself, over his responsibilities, values and work commitments. Then if every sailor sends over their actions in the field of their professional duties Who do you send the pattern? The answer is simple, the pattern itself sends.

Once, he got to know and learn the true meaning and essence of the "command and control", the pattern can sail the high seas, with the confidence and security of having a crew committed to the goal of the company.

Any comments, suggestions, advice, by one of the sailors who make up the team, is so important that more than one wreck have been avoided. Do you hear the pattern, the opinion of a common sailor?, Can sail solo pattern, with two eyes, two ears and a brain limited? We will not discuss the rudder directs the pattern, but at sea, when the tide appears, there are many problems that can be expected, in the solitude of the pattern, the boat go adrift.

If a ship, each crew member, send in your plot of responsibilities, with the freedom to communicate to the employer any suggestions, propose changes to improve the performance of your good work, you have the certainty that in that boat there a good pattern that really sends.

A style of leadership based on integrity, consistency, democratic values, ensuring the success of a team committed to company goals.

The performance of the pattern will be greater the more involved they are in the right sailors sailing boat where all the shots. Not pretend to improve organizational performance, if we do not improve the individual performance of each crew member.

Talking one day with the pattern of the Alboran Sea fishing boat on what management style used, and did not hesitate one bit to ensure that he delegated to each member of the crew, relying entirely on the good work of each, knowing that in times of difficulty, the team is constituted. Jose Salmeron said "no big boat to the sea", and I say "no large company in the sea." Instead, there are large teams that guarantee one hundred percent give in times of storm surge.
