¿CAFÉ SOLO PARA TODOS?


Cuando un grupo de compañeros de trabajo llegan a una cafetería, en la hora del café, observamos, la gran variedad de gustos y preferencias que cada uno tiene. Hay quien lo toma solo y con azúcar, solo con sacarina, cortado con leche caliente, manchada templada, descafeinado con agua, etc.
Que fácil sería para el camarero que todos pidieran lo mismo, que tuvieran el mismo gusto, el mismo parecer, la misma opinión, total, un grupo homogéneo, alineado, donde el "SÍ BWUANA", sea la frase predominante en la comunicación verbal con los superiores.

¿Café solo para todos? "Sí bwuana", ¿Se sienten ustedes comprometidos con la misión de la empresa? "Sí bwuana", ¿Tienen claro los objetivos a alcanzar? También.

Esta expresión tan sumisa, forma parte del léxico hipócrita al que se ven sometidos muchos trabajadores por una nula o mala comunicación ascendente (de cualquier categoría profesional hacia la dirección de la empresa); por unas pésimas relaciones interpersonales laborales con los superiores, por una cultura de empresa basada en el control, en la desconfianza hacia los empleados; por un estilo de liderazgo autoritario.

Cada ser humano es un mundo, solemos decir, una diversidad de pareceres, de gustos, de contradicciones, donde el cambio forma parte de la propia existencia. La suma de tantas opiniones, comportamientos, complica enormemente la gestión de los equipos de trabajo.

- Aquí se viene a trabajar "y punto", a quien no le interese ya sabe donde está la puerta -. Esta frase describe con total nitidez la cultura organizacional basada en "ordeno y mando", de muchas empresas, lamentablemente para perjuicio de las mismas.

Está muy de moda la comunicación virtual, así nos evitamos vernos la cara, y sobre todo, dar la cara, a quien le corresponde, que lógicamente es a los responsables de la dirección de personal, a los jefes de área, a los coordinadores, a todos los que deben comunicar lo que hay que hacer en la jornada laboral.

- ¿Un cafelito? Pregunta el jefecillo -(aquí hay gato encerrado) - piensa el currito-. Si observáramos los gestos faciales de cada uno, nos percataríamos de la desconfianza que impregna la breve conversación. Preferimos la comunicación virtual, donde los gestos corporales, las emociones, no las percibe el otro. Cometen un grave error aquellas empresas que deciden desarrollar, únicamente, la estrategia comunicativa organizacional con el intranet, dejando en un segundo plano el contacto cercano, cara a cara, de miembros de distintos departamentos.

Las empresas necesitan generar una cultura basada en el compromiso con la organización, en la colaboración entre compañeros de trabajo, en el apoyo mutuo, en el entusiasmo descendente, y en el reconocimiento ascendente a los directivos.

Es cierto, que los problemas del trabajo no debemos llevárnoslos a casa, ni viceversa; ahora bien, compartir de una forma natural las circunstancias que vivimos en los distintos ámbitos de la vida, es muy saludable para uno mismo y para los demás, los problemas empequeñecen al sentirnos comprendidos. Además ¿Hay alguien en esta sociedad, tan compleja, que no tenga circunstancias parecidas?












                                                           ¿COFFEE? FOR ALL?
