TERAPIA AGRÍCOLA ESTRATÉGICA

Existen técnicas y métodos, que con un enfoque estratégico, pueden ayudar a mejorar el rendimiento organizacional de empresas y de sectores empresariales; fortaleciendo sus puntos fuertes y disminuyendo los débiles.

El sector hortofrutícola almeriense, principal motor de la economía de nuestra provincia, necesita urgentemente, desde mi punto de vista profesional, poner en marcha una TERAPIA ESTRATÉGICA; una terapia que ayude a los responsables de la gestión de muchas empresas agrícolas de comercialización, a que cambien de actitudes y de enfoque profesional.

Lógicamente esta terapia no sólo es individual, también debe realizarse en grupo, porque en el sector hortofrutícola participan diversos actores. La terapia estratégica en grupo requiere el acompañamiento de un consultor externo, neutral e imparcial, especializado en consultoría estratégica de gestión de personas y de organización.

Los agricultores almerienses son los actores principales de esta excelente obra a la que llamo “EL CORAZÓN DEL CAMPO”. Un corazón activo, dinámico, afectivo, que está necesitado de una regulación de sus pulsaciones, excesivamente aceleradas por los mercados de distribución de los productos hortofrutícolas. El corazón del campo requiere una intervención seria y profunda de los responsables de la comercialización.

Los distintos actores del sector hortofrutícola y especialmente la interprofesional HORTYFRUTA deben aunar esfuerzos en la UNIÓN del campo, desarrollar estrategias de mejora de la IMAGEN  de nuestras hortalizas; ya que somos muy conscientes de la necesidad urgente de reorganizar y reinventar el CAMPO ALMERIENSE.

El corazón del campo tiene la oportunidad de mejorar su salud, comiendo las excelentes hortalizas que produce, pero debe comerlas en compañía de profesionales de calidad, que cuando degustan un tomate de Almería, sean conscientes del gran beneficio que aportan a miles de ciudadanos, y no del beneficio de unos cuantos expertos en el buen vivir.

Almeria horticulture, the main engine of the economy of our province, urgently needed, from my professional point of view, implementing a strategic therapy, a therapy that helps managers of many agricultural marketing to change their attitudes and professional approach.

Different actors of horticulture and especially the inter HORTYFRUTA must join forces at the junction of the field, develop strategies to improve the image of our vegetables, as we are well aware of the urgent need to reorganize and reinvent ALMERIENSE FIELD.

The heart of the country have the opportunity to improve their health, eating vegetables that produces excellent, but you should eat in the company of professional quality, taste a tomato when Almeria, are aware of the great benefit they bring to thousands of citizens, and not the benefit of a few experts in the good life.
