Una palabra de nuestro rico y amplio
lenguaje español que cuando la pronunciamos pone en marcha los mecanismos de
autodefensa de algunos profesionales de todo tipo de sectores (públicos y
privados).
A mí, estimado lector, escucharla me despierta
los cinco sentidos, me motiva, me genera ilusión por la meta a alcanzar, me
hace sentir satisfecho por el trabajo bien hecho, por la misión cumplida.
Lógicamente, como experto en
asesoramiento estratégico de recursos humanos y organización, focalizo mi
análisis, diagnóstico, e intervención estratégica, en el rendimiento: profesional, laboral, y
organizacional, para mejorar e incrementar la productividad.
Nos dicen, desde algunas
instituciones públicas, que debemos ser más competitivos, que debemos apostar
por las innovaciones tecnológicas, por la economía del conocimiento, por las
investigaciones de todo tipo. Muy bonito, bien expuesto, teóricamente
desarrollado y en algunas ocasiones copiado), pero yo pregunto: ¿estamos
concienciados con el rendimiento que dado uno debe aportar en el ejercicio de
sus responsabilidades laborales?
Me sorprende, cuando algún profesor
de Universidad, imparte sus charlas (como una actividad más) sobre cuestiones
que profesionales liberales llevamos años fomentando, desde la valentía de la
vocación profesional (con todos los riesgos que conlleva para un profesional
independiente) conceptos innovadores en el ámbito de las ciencias sociales y de
la organización científica del trabajo.
Al margen de si un funcionario de la
docencia está autorizado para realizar tres o cuatro actividades (seis mil eurístas),
lo que a los ciudadanos nos interesa es que el salario que percibe como docente
se lo gane cada mes. Queremos conocer cuál es su RENDIMIENTO como docente. Si
está impartiendo eficientemente las clases a sus alumnos.
Le preguntaríamos: ¿en qué actividad
a las que se dedica es usted rentable para el Estado Español? También le
preguntaríamos: ¿si usted además del sueldo de profesor, organiza cursos,
charlas, y además colabora con una consultora (posiblemente de su propiedad),
qué trabajo le damos a esa juventud tan preparada, si usted lo ocupa todo:
público y privado?
Admiro a aquellos funcionarios, de
todas las administraciones e instituciones públicas, que cada día practican el
servicio público, que se ganan con creces sus sueldos por su excelente trabajo.
Conozco a funcionarios que con su trabajo construyen país, que son ejemplo de
integridad y profesionalidad.
Quienes desde lo público, se montan
sus chiringuitos, están empobreciendo la calidad del servicio público, además
de ocupar puestos de trabajo que podrían ocupar jóvenes bien preparados.
Considero muy necesaria, la
modernización de los recursos humanos en
las administraciones públicas
para mejorar el rendimiento profesional (mejorando la calidad de vida laboral),
y así incrementar el rendimiento del servicio público a la ciudadanía.
España necesita incrementar su
competitividad fortaleciendo su tejido productivo y reorganizando sus
administraciones públicas.

To me, dear reader, listening to it awakens my five senses, motivates me, generates an illusion for the goal to be achieved, makes me feel satisfied by the work done well, by the mission accomplished.
Logically, as an expert in strategic human resource and organizational counseling, I focus my analysis, diagnosis, and strategic intervention on performance: professional, work, and organizational, to improve and increase productivity.
They tell us, from some public institutions, that we must be more competitive, that we must bet on technological innovations, the economy of knowledge, research of all kinds. Very nice, well exposed, theoretically developed and sometimes copied), but I ask: are we aware of the performance that one should contribute in the exercise of their work responsibilities?
It surprises me, when a university professor gives his lectures (as an activity more) on issues that liberal professionals have for years promoted, from the courage of the professional vocation (with all the risks entailed to an independent professional) innovative concepts in the The social sciences and the scientific organization of work.
Regardless of whether a teaching official is authorized to perform three or four activities (six thousand euros), what we are interested in citizens is that the salary they receive as a teacher earns it every month. We want to know what your PERFORMANCE as a teacher. If you are efficiently teaching classes to your students.
We would ask: what activity do you dedicate to being profitable for the Spanish State? We would also ask: if you, in addition to the salary of a teacher, organize courses, talks, and also collaborate with a consultant (possibly of your property), what work we give to such prepared youth, if you take care of everything: public and private ?
I admire those officials, of all public administrations and institutions, who practice public service every day, who earn more than their salaries for their excellent work. I know officials who build a country with their work, who are an example of integrity and professionalism.
Those who, from the public, put up their bars, are impoverishing the quality of the public service, besides occupying jobs that could occupy well-prepared young people.
I consider it very necessary to modernize human resources in public administrations to improve professional performance (improving the quality of working life), and thus increase the performance of public service to citizens.
